Our clients at Point Street were a wonderful retired professional couple who had recently relocated to the Central Coast. The brief was for an easy care home, with great function and flow, that is also perfect for entertaining and catered for visiting family.

The home features four bedrooms including a master suite with sliders onto a private sunny courtyard. There are two living areas, one opening up onto a north facing, resort-style pool terrace with outdoor living. The stylish kitchen with butlers pantry is a design feature of the house with timber finish, lift system wall cabinets from the Aventos Blum series, glass splash back, under cabinet lighting and 40mm Caesarstone benchtops.

The schedule was tight to avoid the ongoing costs of alternate accommodation during the build. Brazier Building Developments worked with the clients to ensure the job was completed, from demolition to finished home, in under five months.
