Justin Brazier has a lifelong interest in the property market and development. When our client, a Sydney-based real estate agent looking for his first development opportunity, found the right property he engaged Brazier Building Developments to ensure the process ran smoothly.
The site presented some challenges, all of which were discussed with the client to ensure timelines and expectations were met. The original fibro home on the block involved specialist asbestos removal and a clearance certificate. The block also featured a natural spring. This was safely re-routed so as not to impact the building process or the finished dwellings in the future. An existing in-ground pool was removed and filled. And, as this was a dual occupancy build, double the services had to be run to the site.
The design is two light, bright, family-friendly homes with open plan living, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Glass sliders open to private gardens and the exterior is given street impact with painted brick, timber features and roof gables.
